All You Need to be Dogoholics

All You Need to be Dogoholics

“ A dogoholic” you can use it to describe a person who is totally in love with his dogs. Well this kind of person will jump from his bed early in the morning; with his hollow eyes just to prepare his little buddy needs before his own. His habit will focus his attention on something besides himself, and he feels good because his dog benefits.

How to understand your dog and help your dog to understand you? You don’t need a Dogtionary, and that's a shame. Dogs and people have been living together for thousands of years, but our communication skills are still pretty rocky.
You say "Come!" and your dogs hear "blurr..blaa…blurr…".
Sometimes it seems as though you're speaking different languages. Which you are.

No matter how intelligent and alert they are, dogs have ways of hearing, seeing, and thinking about the world that are totally different from yours, and this invariably leads to confusion.

You need to be able to do Dogspeak; then you can communicate more effectively and affectionately with the dogs in your life. To really understand dogs, you have to look at what they're saying.

Whether the position of their ears indicates that they're happy or sad. The difference between a friendly tail-wag and a warning tail-swish. When eye contact means "I love you" and when it means, "Keep away".

Even dogs’ facial expressions tell a lot about what they're feeling.
You really have to know the dogs' inner lives: How they see. What they really hear. Why smell is so important. And that's what good relationships are all about.

Just like people, dogs can develop unhealthy, aversive and sometimes dangerous habits. But they are like children; they need guidance and discipline to live happily and healthily with the "adults" in their lives. From fundamental manners to problem solving, anything is possible with a good education.

Dogs are still human beings that hungry for love too. There are several ways for you to spoil them badly. First step is full styling; these include bathing, brushing, styling, nail clipping and tooth cleaning. The second one is training, this is truly important to strengthen the bone between you and your dogs.

One of the most important people in your dog's life is the veterinarian. Sure, your furry friend probably doesn't realize this. He might even put his paw down when it comes to get a checkup. But a good vet can play a major role not only in your dog's health but also in assuring your peace of mind as well.

It's your job to keep your dogs happy and fit. It's not always easy cause when your dogs get hurt or sick, they can't tell you what the trouble is, so you have to figure things out. Vets agree that the best medical care is daily care. A loving home, a good diet, plenty of exercise and regular grooming will go a long way toward keeping you and your little friend happy and healthy.

You can do a nose to tail check-up every week, and that only spends a little of your luxury time, but it sure will save you from huge problems and expenses. In brief, keep a sharp eye on day-to-day changes - in appetite, gait, bowel movements or general behavior. If you notice something worries come, call your vet for advice.

Having a dog in the family can make you feel like a kid again. You get to run around, throw balls, get chased and act ridiculous. And since most dogs love taking a good romp - vets recommend getting out for at least 20 minutes twice a day and jump three times a week - you both get some vigorous exercise in the bargain. Dogs love to play - some live to play - wherever they are. There are enormous varieties of toys available. But dogs aren't picky. A tennis ball sewn in an old sock can provide just as much entertainment as an expensive rubber bone.

You give them food, shelter, medical care and, hopefully, a happy and comfortable home. In exchange, they watch over you, protect you, comfort you, amuse and entertain you. They’ll accept you as you are. They’ll restore your sagging spirit with a wag of their tail and they’ll give you the very best they have to offer, their loving hearts and noble souls, not to mention to their unconditional love. They give themselves. Dogs don’t argue with you, you talk to them and they listen, and that’s comforting. They go out with their way to satisfy you, why can’t you do a few extra things to satisfy them?

These little creatures really got people to pay attention to them, so being obsessed about dogs is the stuff of addiction, then let you be addicted, let you depend upon dogs to fill your lives with goodness. Cause dogs can add life and fun to your home, they can be your best friends, and that is a mutual love. I hope that you and your dogs really can get along and enjoy your happy times together. "Have a wonderful time!"
*** End ***
